This company stated it was from Manchester UK where I live and I know the building they stated they worked from (they don’t). All the people I have spoken to all have English sounding names but they all have very strong Asian accents. One guy forgot his ‘name’ and I said you’re not James Carter your name is Justin he said oh sorry I thought you said, Justin??? After 2 1/2 months of NO changes to the first mock-up, they have stopped taking my calls or replying to my emails. The UK police have now been informed. This has caused my son’s business to suffer.

Going on 5 months now without a completed website that was supposed to be done beginning of June. Went a full 48 days without hearing a word from them. Working with this company was the worst decision I have ever made. They are trying to blame me for delays in review when every review I responded within 2 days. My changes clearly defined w/ pictures and they continue to not correct them. This was a nightmare experience. If you are reading this do NOT make the same mistake I did.

Would not recommend, gave them 2 months to complete website. Website still isnt finished, gave them to the end of the day today, still didnt finish. Wouldn’t answer the phone, all i want is the unfinished website to take somewhere to be finished and my refund for the seo tool
