What inspires you to do what you do?

“Purely interest.”

What do you like the most about marketing?

“The very fact that it has boundless possibilities to play with, makes marketing my top favorite.”

Do you have a favorite marketing campaign? Share an example with us. (It doesn’t have to be done by your agency)

“Recently the Amazon Go campaign for speedy shopping and the future of tech and retail. It was a great campaign.”

How would you describe your role in the agency? What are you responsible for?

“Talent acquisition, growth, operations.”

What kind of books do you read?

“On organizational structure, philosophy and efficiency.”

Do you have any book recommendations?

“4 hour work week by Timothy Ferris.”

If you had 15 minutes to talk with a successful person, who would you choose and why?

“Keeps changing based on my weekly goals. Right now, Sachin. What drove him to achieve his goals and what distractions did he face and how did he overcome them.”

What do you do for fun?

“Sports, adventure sports, nature, travel, food.”

What keeps you awake at night?

“Finding simple solutions to looping problems.”

What is the first thing you do in the morning?

“Check emails.”

Which superpower would you like to have?

“A super power that could enable me to be happy always.  Just like an on-off switch.”

Do you watch TV shows? Which ones?

“GOT, Narcos, Master Chef AU amongst others.”

What is a success for you?

“Success according to me is the ability to achieve everything and more from your list of goals.”

What human qualities do you like among your colleagues?

“The fact that they are supportive of each other in terms of knowledge sharing to lunch box sharing. That human quality stays unchanged even in a professional working environment.”
