A Service for Law Firms, Their Clients and Affiliated Companies

Project Needs

1. For the company’s employees, there is a customer database management system. They can also work with form templates for contestation letters, keep correspondence with customers, track dynamics of corrections and contestation tasks solutions.
2. For the customer, there is online access to all operations performed within the task of credit corrections and contestation, employee’s files storage and transfer within the legal firm’s work on corrections and contestation, view the financial transactions history, access to a user-friendly system guide.
3. For an affiliated company, there is online access to the customer database management and financial transactions between the parent company and the affiliated company.

Challenge

Development of a user-friendly automation tool for a specific legal service – contestation of debt collection agencies’ decisions and borrower’s data corrections.

Solution

In order to achieve customer’s business goals, a quite balanced system of applications was created that provided the service owners with useful mechanisms of subscribers and system management. In turn, the subscribers (employees of law firms) get a high-quality corporate portal with all the necessary functions to render excellent services in their area.

A possibility for the service subscriber to open his own client portal which will enable the company’s customers to quickly learn about all the changes in the course of data updating or recovery process is a significant feature.

The smooth interaction of all parts of the solution is provided by means of the implemented kernel system mechanism of high quality, which was designed using PHP Zend Framework and MySQL as a data store.

Result

The web service enables users to considerably speed up and optimize the solution due to a wide range of available functionality. At this point there are 6,000 registered users of the service. Around thirty of them are regular customers.

The developed SaaS solution allows the customer to get a stable profit by means of chosen monetization model, namely a subscription service provision.
