In turn, the subscribers (employees of law firms) get a high-quality corporate portal with all the necessary functions to render excellent services in their area. A possibility for the service subscriber to open his own client portal which will enable the company’s customers to quickly learn about all the changes in the course of data updating or recovery process is a significant feature. The smooth interaction of all parts of the solution is provided by means of the implemented kernel system mechanism of high quality, which was designed using PHP Zend Framework and MySQL as a data store. Result The web service enables users to considerably speed up and optimize the solution due to a wide range of available functionality. At this point there are 6,000 registered users of the service. Around thirty of them are regular customers. The developed SaaS solution allows the customer to get a stable profit by means of chosen monetization model, namely a subscription service provision.
