Known for its unique presentation and product line; incorporating contemporary flavors and culinary trends specially made from in-house ingredients. They partnered with us at CemtrexLabs, to develop an e-commerce website with POS and CRM systems. Designed to aid with retail sales (Online & Brick+Mortar), as well as, leveraging social media to complement the world-class products sharing the core belief of creating exceptional and memorable customer experiences. The CemtrexLabs team began by interviewing key stakeholders of the andSons team, allowing for a more coherent discovery and preliminary design phase. As soon as our team got approval, the final stage of development began. Resulting in a core user experience, enabling purchasing online or in store. Which gave the customer: key details such as available SKUs, shipping details and options (with weather conditions), check out and shipment tracking, as well as, the option to edit the order and shipping. Building on the successful launch of the site, the two teams formed an ongoing iterative partnership.
