Read Client Review About the Project The client required an Applicant Tracking System, the objective of which is to maintain various activities of the entire recruiting process on behalf of an organization. This includes getting applications from job seekers, storing and maintaining their information, handling interview schedules, communication with emails, SMS, voicemails and calls all within the service and generating various recruiting reports, etc. The Solution CWS has developed the system from scratch and gave a robust solution to the client. The system is now being used by over 200 companies across the US. CWS has used the following technology stack to build the system: PHP Framework (MVC) CodeIgniter JS Jquery / Javascript Ajax websocket Database MySql UI HTML5 css3 Bootstrap3 Third-Party API Paypal Payment Gateway with recurring payment feature Twilio SMS/call API Google Map and email read API Google Gmail calendar sync for interview scheduling Social sharing API (Facebook, Twitter, G+, etc) Salesforce API Payroll API Job board API for eQuest, HrStarter, etc. It took CWS around 8 months to develop the beta version of the system. The feedback was great from the customers and it made their recruitment task and life easy. With the overwhelming success of the beta version, CWS continued to develop the system and finally made the production version live after a couple of months of the beta version.
