About the Project: Percept assisted the Australian Credit Defense Union during their rebranding to the Australian Military Bank. Included in the rebrand was redesigning their website to supplement the name change. Main Challenge(s): The challenge was to redesign the website to accommodate their change from a credit union to a bank. Additionally, the website needed to be the main method of contact and interaction with their clients. Agency Solution(s): Percept’s main priority was to consider website functionality and end-user requirements. Following this was the focus on the user experience and interface, and the overall design and aesthetic of the website. Results: The website’s look and feel seamlessly integrated into the physical (print) rebranding material created by Percept while keeping in mind the clarity of information provided, the intuitive accessibility of the information and the site’s speed of operation.
