Automated Testing for Blockchain Platform

Our client is a company that specializes in developing blockchain-based software solutions for various industries. The company is developing an information system that allows users from different companies to collaborate and share multiple documents, codes, and other information within the context of their respective companies. This system is built on blockchain technology and is designed to provide a secure, transparent, and tamper-proof platform for exchanging information among users.

Core tasks

• Ensuring that automated tests cover all application logic
• Backend and UI testing for critical business requirements
• Testing new versions and reporting on changes
• Management of the automated tests creation and quality assurance

Cooperation Model

In order to support the development and testing of their information system, the client engaged AdvantISS to provide additional expertise through our quality assurance engineers and manager. Our team worked closely with the client’s in-house development team, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration. This cooperation model allowed for flexibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness so that the client could achieve their goals and objectives.

Results

• The cooperation was planned to last 3 months, but the customer extended the contract due to the  team’s high performance
• Our testers covered the main part of the UI with autotests
• The team moved on to writing tests for the backend
• The product is already in the launch stage
• The client plans to hire additional developers from AdvantISS to build a new product feature
