Brief Medible was briefed with designing a User Experience for the Banco Agricola mobile application, research and development. The Work After carrying out an in-depth study on the banking needs of the people of El Salvador, an app is developed that not only serves to carry out banking transactions but is also part of a continuous support in the lives of users, helping them in their personal goals of saving and educating to improve the use of their Banco Agricola products. To this matter, we have conducted 38 hours of interviews with users, which was essential to know the national reality, to understand the people who are banked and unbanked, know their goals, their relationship with the bank, and making a design based on their needs. It was also necessary to redesign and simplify to make it more user-friendly and adapt to their transactional, security, savings and financial education needs.
