Innermost wanted more out of their Shopify store. Better storytelling, presentation of their premium products, and most importantly – a better converting store. Over the course of 4 years, we revamped almost every aspect of the Innermost store. From homepage and product page to launching a loyalty and a subscription program. Read below to learn more.

Loyalty program

Acquiring a customer is more expensive than retaining an existing one. Innermost knows that and wanted to provide a strong incentive for loyal customers who regularly come back for their favorite supplements at Innermost. Customers earn points for each purchase they make, each share on social networks, and for referring a friend. Later, they can use the points earned for a discount on their next orders.

An optimized cart experience

It is vital to make the process of checking out in your store as simple as possible. If a customer is feeling confused, they might abandon your store and never come back. We created a dynamic, fast flyout cart for Innermost that stays on the same page.

Subscription program

A subscription program is an excellent way for merchants to create predictable, recurring revenue. Customers subscribe once and get their goods delivered each week, month, or at a different interval.

We partnered with Recharge to launch Innermost’s user-friendly subscription program. Customers receive 20% off their supplements if they subscribe.

Since then, hundreds of customers took advantage of the program.
