MB Stone Care, known throughout the world for their professional grade cleaning products, approached our team to lead the design & development of their e-commerce site’s new user interface experience.

Solution

Our team chose to create a custom theme for the popular e-commerce platform BigCommerce, allowing a multi-channel channel selling experience and maximum product management for the staff of MB Stone Care.

Short project description

We have been working with Mission Disrupt for years now. Recently they handled our new site design and developed and manage our marketing strategies.

Working with the agency

One of the most important things to me is, they are fantastic with keeping us informed all along the way. The transparency throughout our entire project has been phenomenal. We have been able to contribute to every step through shared files. This has also allowed us to see how the work is progressing in real time and always be in the loop. They have taken what seemed to us to be a very obscure area of eCommerce, full of smoke and mirrors and turned it into something we understood and actually enjoyed. The whole point to this kind of work is to grow the company, keep our site more relevant as well as profitable. That is exactly what we have experienced working with Mission Disrupt. They are the best at what they do!

Positives

The transparency throughout our entire project has been phenomenal, they bring new ideas to the table and use today’s technology to better understand OUR users and make expert recommendations based on the data.

Areas for improvement

Mission Disrupt is a boutique firm, by selecting the clients they work with and keeping their operation manageable they’ve been able to give us great service. Keep that up!

Results

Overall the new UX/UI has been well received by our customer base, we have seen higher Avg order values and lower bounce rates. They are now working with us to maximize our conversions!
