The solution solves the problem of connecting employers and workers based in different countries. About the Client Bixter is a Danish job search platform that connects developed and developing countries, helping companies and season workers find each other. Problem The client was looking for a solution to connect Europe-based employers and season workers from Eastern Europe directly. Before that, the client had to cooperate with a number of agencies that were providing such personnel. Due to this, the hiring process was ineffective in terms of cost and duration. Task Develop a job search service so that season workers from Eastern Europe could easily get a job in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, and other countries. Solution We developed a modern solution using Django and Vue. The solution solves the problem of connecting employers and workers based in different countries.
