Mirro is the SaaS which improves the relationships between organizations and their people by offering valuable business insights and solutions.

The Need

The client needed a strong yet friendly identity for their newest team management tool. We have started with an in-depth analysis of the market and trends, creating a strong and memorable brand personality, followed by naming, tagline, logo design and a website that reflects their dedication.

It’s All about the Brand Persona

Our entire branding process started with crafting a unique brand persona based on the brand’s values, ideals, and positioning. We have opted for a smart, yet friendly personality that helps companies build meaningful journeys for their employees.

How to Find the Perfect Name

We knew we wanted something sharp, cool but also smart. We took inspiration from psychology, HR, music, and even Socrates and 250 results latter we came with the perfect name – Mirro, inspired from the analogy with the noun “mirror”.

Why Mirrors?

Why mirrors? We station them at corners to “see” what is around the corner, we use them for signaling and for detecting enemy aircraft, we couldn’t even imagine driving our vehicles without mirrors to alert us of potential dangers and cautions behind us. The symbolism of mirrors can be even extended to introspectiveness and the need of self-knowledge, for opening worlds into other universes, standing for open-mindedness, creativity, and spiritual reflection.

Therefore, we use mirrors to minimize blind spots and to anticipate challenges, a vision perfectly suited for the new Mirro brand.

The tool reflects all you need to know about your team, is the mirror of each one of them and a reflection of the company in one app.

And Then the Logo

The logo is based on simple sinuous lines, reflecting the journey of a team and its individuals. At the same time, powerful, fresh colors were chosen to reflect the brand’s youth, energy, and adventurous spirit. The logo is also very adaptable and easy to use on any kind of collateral material, from business cards and notebooks to t-shirts and stickers.
