Carepath Tech’s Recruiting Strategy and Website Upgraded Share: petitcode GmbH Score Awaiting client review n/a Date Published 30 September 2021 Reading Time 1-Minute Read Overview Carepath Technologies GmbH is a Berlin-based venture developing a telemedicine platform that monitors patients in their homes and in residential environments, aiding physicians with diagnoses and treatment. Challenge Carepath Tech was struggling with a broken website plus they had a hard time finding top-level freelance UI/UX designers and a full-time project manager to join their team. Solution petitcode put up a recruiting strategy for Carepath Tech and completed their in-house team with a Full-time Project Manager, and later on implemented a Chief Design Officer Oliver Machulla who worked together with the CTO and the CEO of Carepath Tech. Next, we set up a web design & development strategy for Carepath Tech. Then, our developer Andrey Smelov built the Carepath Tech website and landing pages based on VueJs. Results We exceeded Carepath Tech’s expectations with a modern website and an active recruiting approach.
