What Was the Problem?

The client needed an agency to increase the total number of users on the platform by over 10x, whilst also decreasing the cost-per-conversion by half.

How Did We Resolve It?

We split out campaigns into Single Keyword Ad Groups thus increasing quality scores and reducing cost-per-click prices. We created new ads to increase click-through-rates (CTR), ensuring that USPs were stated throughout, using % and numbers to increase the CTR. Alongside this, we helped the client to create specific landing pages for each of the target categories.

What Were the Outcomes?

Improved the total number of conversions from 7 customers in month one to 348 customers in the most recent month. That is an increase of over 4871%.

Increased to over an 85% share impression share whilst continuing to add more keywords than ever before.

Improved our monthly billing from £150 per month to £4000 per month based on client performance-based pricing model.

The client used to average 20 conversions per month, now we achieve nearly 350 per month.

The client used to pay upwards of £100 CPA, we now achieve conversions for below £20 CPA.

During our time managing the account, we have increased the conversion rate from 1% to over 3.5% for the most recent quarter. Achieved through improved SKAG keyword targeting, landing page creation and on-site conversion rate improvements.
