ChatIQ is an omnichannel customer service platform.

It unifies communication channels (emails, chats, social media, calls, etc.) to create a single story for every customer. Allows delivering customer service in 100+ languages.

About the Project

According to the social media strategy that we have developed, we started creating social media content that will tell about the platform and its features. Based on our target audience, we chose LinkedIn and Twitter as the main channels to reach them.

Audience research and industry benchmarking were crucial in the first phase of the campaign development. Research and analytics results allowed our social media experts to formulate content and advertising plans to increase the company’s site traffic and leads.

As a result, we created unique branded visuals and video animations, and we used a combination of strategic educational-engaging content,user-generated, informative, interactive, and specific advertising and promotional campaigns for this project. According to the strategy we have used reach and brand awareness ads to target interest and lookalike audiences. After analyzing and finding out our main target audience we used traffic ads to bring potential clients to the website. As a result, we managed to provide community outreach, ChatIQ is now receiving consistent web traffic through their social media channels and their audience continues to grow larger every day.
