Problem

CLP was receiving criticism from all quarters for its role in polluting the environment. It was very difficult to explain the good work they are undertaking to help economies and communities grow across Asia.

Solution

Rather than responding to criticism – take control of the debate, lead it openly and transparently – Invite everyone to participate – contribute substance and present CLP’s perspective on the issues. Improve the public’s understanding of the challenges CLP faces and the good initiatives they undertake to protect and support the communities in which they operate.
