Embacy shared brand identity and web design for CMA, a market-leading provider of systems solutions to companies operating in financial markets.

They have offices in Sweden and Russia, while their market activities focus on Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the Middle East.

The most important feature of what CMA provides is their modularity, and to showcase that, Embacy was inspired by Kumiko: a Japanese technique of working with wood. Building off this technique of creating exquisite patterns out of simple shapes, the brand is conceptual without being too complicated. They struck a confident tone that is yet colorful and stands out on the market, with various patterns and vibrant gradients.

The website follows suit: it’s clear-cut and moderately colorful, standing out with the sparse usage of 3D and motion. Each product is not only color-coded but has its own shape to it, e.g. a diamond made of diamonds for the solutions for commercial banks. Despite the 3D and animation, the website is supremely optimized, because it needs to be accessible and load quickly all over the world.
