About the Company Almco Plumbing provides quality services for the replacement and installation of plumbing systems in San Diego. The Challenge Our objective was to introduce potential customers to the Almco Plumbing team, build trust, and prove the company’s expertise in the plumbing industry. How Did We Do This? We developed a strategy which gradually introduced various sales channels over a three month period: Developed a site with a unique selling design Launched ads in Google AdWords and Bing Completed SEO for the website, social networks, as well as customer review platforms Created and actively promoted accounts on social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest Created and promoted a YouTube channel to the “top ten” charts What Are the Results? The use of social networks not only formed trust and loyalty but also brought new leads to the company. New clients turned to Almco Plumbing San Diego for help with solving their plubming problems. For the customer, it was as easy as writing a message on their favorite social network, where they already feel comfortable and enjoy spending most of their free time. New customers enabled the company to increase its budget, which led to the scaling of Almco Plumbing. In order to service a large number of new orders, new job openings were advertised and new technicians hired.
