Challenge

Social networks and dating websites often miss some important parts: smart algorithm to find the perfect match, nice and clear profile view, working blocking system, super fast mobile version. This makes users feel uncomfortable and pushes them to search for a better option.

Solution

We developed simple and beautiful dating website from scratch. Our team took care of the whole project, including backend and frontend project parts. Design PSDs were converted into responsive web pages using Angular 4 and TypeScript. Not all of the pages had designs provided, so we created them ourselves. A back-end is written in Python/Django.

We created:

1. Fast and minimalist landing page;

2. Smart search;

3. Profile pages that users can fill by choosing multiple parameters (are you a smoker or not, do you have children, in whom you’re interested, etc.);

4. “Interested in” functionality that allows marking if a user is interested in another user;

5. Messages functionality that allows chatting with other users;

6. Numerous settings to personalize your account;

7. Effective block and report functionality;

8. Admin page with all the perks of administrating.
