The Challenge Develop an Online Sales Channel for Tenants The client wanted to enhance their customers’ experience by offering tenants online sales channels, an e-commerce marketplace, and a mobile app for real estate property owners. New e-commerce Stores Based on Existing Systems The client needed custom development for their e-commerce store’s integration with existing systems, which would allow them to leverage their customer base, as well as their existing systems. The Solution Rikkeisoft competed against more than 5 other vendors and was chosen because of our detailed proposals that aligned with the client’s technology requirements. Custom-built e-commerce Marketplace We transformed the client’s website into an e-commerce marketplace for tenants to create online stores and sell products, enhancing customer journeys and mobile app speed. Key features of the e-commerce stores include: payment integration with popular providers in Vietnam, including Visa, Paypal, and m-wallets a custom content management system a loyalty program with reward points integration with an open-source affiliate marketing automation tool streamlined shopping experience from online to offline. A POS system was also established, which efficiently manages inventory, employee performance, and customer data, enabling personalized promotions, improved sales representative efficiency, and modern payment methods like BOPIS and contactless payments.
