About the client Eco Baltia vide (EBV) is a local environmental services company that is a part of “Eco Baltia” – the largest environmental management group in the Baltic States which provides complete waste management cycle from collecting to recycling. The company provides a wide range of services in several Latvian cities and counties: collecting of household and sorted waste as well as construction and bulk waste; cleaning and disinfection services; seasonal services (e.g., grass cutting, snow cleaning, etc.); environmentally harmful waste management; purchase and sale of secondary raw materials; management of several waste collection areas; collection and management of a tyre recycling plant. What we did Over the years of working with EBV, Bright has created 2 communication strategies for EBV Facebook page as well as reviewed the design to make it more visually appealing and modern. However, on a daily basis Bright works on creating content and managing the company’s Facebook page. Working with Bright has allowed EBV to be proud to have one the highest number of followers and the best engagement results in comparison to the competitors. To broaden the audience, Bright differentiates social media content by creating giveaways, quizzes, videos, DIY tutorials, etc.
