About the Project This time I will tell about our notable case with real estate developer company. Our client build houses with 300+ apartments on average. It sells apartments through its sales department basically. The Challenge Our goal was to investigate and evolve some technological advantage to make apartments more interesting for customers. Thus we decided to transform houses into smart ones. The Solution At first stage out engineers helped to embed IoT hardware infrastructure into the house’s communication lines. After that, we designed and prototyped a mobile application for future tenants. Our market research revealed that the most demanded functions are connected with security: access control, CCTV, intercom control. So we included it into the design. Also, we found out a high interest in energy savings and designed energy accounting inside the product. Finally, we provided a possibility to interact with different services: from cleaning to food delivery. Next stage was developing. Our team of 9 experts in design and programming created an outstanding product for iOS and Android – Etrok. After launch, our client detected an increase of 12% in total sales growth in houses equipped with Etrok. Now over 5,000 families from 9 houses installed our apps and use them regularly. We are proud that our experience and passion helped our client to rich business goals and made its customers more satisfied.
