  • Marketing Plan, Positioning, Polishing Offer
  • Branding: Minimal Branding – Logo, Fonts, Color Palette, Basics
  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Sales Coaching

The Starting Point

Felikss Francer came to OVERW8 because he was sure of one thing: He wanted more for his business, his studio and his family in the future. He knew it was time for the next level, that was decided. What he wasn’t so sure about: how that should work. With this question he searched out professional support that he found with OVERW8.

The Process: How We Got Started Together

  • Started with an online workshop
  • Working out a marketing plan, suggestions for offers
  • Working out design approaches (3 different ones, then refining)
  • Creating a website based on Weebly (Specialty: presenting the existing portfolio as well as possible)
  • Social Media set to get started
  • Teaser direct email, email templates to communicate with the contact base
  • Sales Coaching

The Beginning: Online Workshop

Felikss had ordered his project just before the first lockdown in 2020. Unusual circumstances that nobody saw coming. That’s why we left it to him to change his mind. But that was out of the question for him:

Lockdown or not – the plan is set.

So we got started. As so often with a document of trigger questions that should help Felikss prepare for the initial workshop. Because Felikss is also based in Munich, a personal meeting was the original plan. That changed to an online meeting now – no problem.

Marketing Plan & Polishing Offers

Based on Felikss’ input his marketing and sales plans were created. Here we put down which target groups there are, how to tackle them, what the sales funnels (on- and offline) should look like.

In the same breath, it made sense to specify the services he offered – there’s a big need for good images for social media these days, for instance.

3 Designs for the Electro Fan

Felikss as a person has his very own style. He is cosmopolitan, wears bright colors – and likes electronic music. Our designs gave him the choice between more conservative and bolder approaches. Indeed (as we usually advise) the bolder approach won: Electro concept.

New website, new luck

Felikss did have an existing website for B2C, but he wanted something completely new for his new ‘baby’. The budget should go into content and design, rather than tech, so we recommended the website builder Weebly. This also ensured that he would be independent later on and could add or change something at any time.

Expansion of social media channels

The new target groups and messages needed new channels (Felikss had so far been active mainly on Facebook). So LinkedIn company and personal profiles were set up and a new Instagram channel was created.

Informing Contacts Professionally

Felikss was also set up with a functional mail template for the user-friendly newsletter tool Mailjet – including the text for the first newsletter.
