About the Client Galactic Energy is a South African green company that makes energy affordable to everyone on our planet. For them, we created a website that is assertive and professional but not too much so. The cut and dry black and white color scheme provided a striking contrast to the photos. Web Process We work in sprints, and our process is fully transparent for our clients. Here’s how we’ve created an inspiring website from first to last in only 3 sprints. We built wireframes and developed style directions. By the end of this sprint, we approved the Home and About us pages We dived into Galactic’s products and created a Market page for B2B sales, Customer — for individuals, and Grid — for B2G clients We’ve designed the Careers and Contact pages without a hitch, then proceeded to the mobile version, and made sure that everything was ready for production Copywriting Galactic Energy operates complex technologies that needed to be explained in simple terms. We came up with a modern tone of voice that brings a customer straight to the point. Palette & Icons Galactic Energy simplifies how you track, control, and trade energy. We stuck to the black-and-white palette to convey that even energy can be easy. Grid We’ve kept the perfect balance of black and white through the centered simple grid. Concepts Galactic Energy is what powers you. We’ve got inspired by this idea and created a few technological styles for Galactic Energy. The one that reflects the brand at its best self has been approved.
