GererMaBoite Platform Design & Development Share: CONNECTLIME LDA Score Awaiting client review n/a Date Published 15 January 2020 Reading Time 2-Minute Read GererMaBoite wanted a platform for SME to manage their businesses with minimum effort, thanks to bank API integration and Machine Learning. About the Application The GererMaBoite application provides users with an easy platform to manage their small businesses. Through a bank account API connection, the platform imports all statement lines, and the user just needs to categorize each transaction. The platform does the rest! All expenses are registered implicitly into the accounting system, all client payments are registered, and the user has access to a full dashboard of his activity: the client balances, suppliers balances, treasury prevision, and sales statistics. Through Machine Learning, the platform starts also to make suggestions to require even less time from the user and automatize a maximum of tasks so that the user focuses mainly on his core business. What We Did CONNECTLIME successfully delivered the application to the client through well-organized sprints with GererMaBoite. From the initial briefing, design thinking, UX/UI Design, development, until the optimizations and DevOps, CONNECTLIME delivered progressively the results through the sprints so that the client could continuously explore and give feedback to the evolving application. French Language Version GererMaBoite a fait appel à CONNECTLIME pour créer la plateforme GO-TO qui met à disposition des entrepreneurs et petites entreprises tous les outils pour gérer leur entreprise avec succès, le tout en un minimum d’effort. L’entreprise connecte sa banque, reçoit de manière automatique ses extraits bancaires, et a juste besoin de catégoriser les lignes d’extrait : dépense de déplacement, de fournisseur ou recette de client. La plateforme fait le reste! La plateforme écrit toute la comptabilité de manière implicite, affiche un suivi des soldes Clients et soldes Fournisseurs, et projete une trésorerie à court terme. En plus, grâce au Machine Learning, la plateforme commence à faire des suggestions peu à peu pour diminuer encore plus l’effort à faire pour le suivi de l’activité, et automatise un maximum de tâches. L’entreprise a alors un tableau de bord complet de suivi de son activité, et une comptabilité à jour sans avoir une seule notion de comptabilité.
