Truth was asked to develop a brand and website aligned with the business vision with the core idea of ‘adventure at your side’.

THE BACKGROUND

Global Adventure Challenges has been organising and delivering worldwide charity challenge events for over 15 years, helping to raise in excess of £20 million for a range of UK and overseas charities.

The truth was asked to develop a brand proposition aligned with the business vision through a series of key stakeholder workshops and output; giving rise to a fully-formed brand identity synonymous with the core idea of ‘adventure at your side’.

HOW WE DID IT

We created a new and dynamic future-proofed brand identity that talks the same language and operates in the same manner as target audiences. The website had a bespoke design and build, tailored specifically to the client’s specification with more functionality and fully editable, providing total client control.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED:

  • 11.6% increase in time spent on site compared to this period last year (10 August – 4 October).
  • 37% increase in online bookings compared to this period last year.
  • 82% increase in conversion rate for online bookings compared to this period last year.
  • 3.92% reduction in bounce rate compared to this period last year.
  • In September sessions from social media were up 69% on the previous year.
  • Organic sessions in September were 15% higher than in June (July is excluded as there was a sale on so sessions will have been higher).
  • 2017 saw the highest level of trading since inception.
