Created by African artist Black Coffee, GongBox allows musicians to stay independent, owning 100% of their creations. Challenges and Objectives The world of African music is bright and diverse. Intuitively, we had to create a bright app, which will attract a diverse audience. Also, we understood that GongBox would handle a significant number of requests and the app should work fast regardless of the load. And In addition to the seamless UX, GongBox should also have a powerful and convenient search. Finally, the platform should have different payment models to be inclusive and relevant to the African market. Therefore, we had to ensure: Bulletproof security Flawless BE logic Seamless navigation and stylish design that is not affected by the complex functionality of the application Results Scalable Android and Web applications, which represents a music/social media platform that combines the best practices of two worlds to deliver a great user experience. The application implements different payment models to ensure that people have access to music regardless of their financial habits and income.
