Our Approach Listened and aligned with client on high profile launch event with press coverage and a series of follow-up presentations Devised a project framework to deliver the tasks and govern our interaction with the group CEO and staff Utilised available materials and content to create a presentation for Senior Management to outline the communications strategy Delivered Outcomes Crafted scripts to aid senior management in video recording sessions Produced video clips for use at each launch event to cascade the key messages Designed and printed video cards (which work like tablets) to support interaction and interest. These cards were: Pre-loaded with the video messages most relevant to the audience Used as takeaways from the events and as aide memoirs for attendees The video cards proved to be a great tool to engage attendees to watch the videos. Many attendees enquired about the video cards and how they could be used in other contexts
