Kalya Courts Ltd needed to improve their hotel website in order to create a seamless booking system for their clients.

Kalya Courts Hotel is a fountain of luxury and hospitality in Fort Portal well known for hosting the iconic events and conferences in the Rwenzori region.

The Challenge

With a non-existent content management system website, a poor reservation system that was not properly integrated into the website and low website traffic, Kalya Courts Ltd needed to improve their hotel website in order to reflect their newly acquired facilities, high-end services, manage their content, and create a seamless booking system for their clients.

Crafting the Right Solution

After understanding and analyzing the needs of the Kalya Courts team, Definite Creations collaborated with the team and crafted a mouth-watering website with extensive functionality. In addition, the new user interface projected a look and feel that properly aligned with the brand’s positioning as professional and knowledgeable experts who not only offer accommodation and hotel services, they sell comfort.

The reservation system has been made seamless for website visitors to finish their booking in less than 2 minutes.

Navigating the Hospitality Industry

An updated and modern design differentiates the Kalya Courts brand from competitors by optimizing the functionality of their site and positioning the business as lifestyle consultants who are professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work.
