About the Client

Husky Intelligence is a company that creates software solutions to help businesses run more efficiently in terms of communication between employees in different offices, scheduling, dispatching, etc., by providing its own ERP System.

Challenge

Our task was to develop and implement a customer web portal that helps Husky ERP users to manage and synchronize communication with external vendors and to handle their jobs and services and time management. The web portal was supposed to be integrated and synchronized with the Husky ERP and ensure secure data transfer. One of the biggest challenges was to create a secure connection with Husky ERP.

Solution

The ElifTech team has analyzed the initial requirements of the solution and assembled the most suitable team structure, technology stack, development, and management approach to fulfill the client’s needs. Our team worked closely with the client during all stages of development and created the web portal from scratch using .Netcore, React.js, and PostgreSQL.

The UI/UX design of the portal was created by the ElifTech team with guidelines from the client to keep the same style and appealing design of the core Husky ERP solution. We have increased our efforts to create a responsive design to maintain the mobile-first approach. Connection with the Husky ERP database was another major milestone for the project.

Through close cooperation with the client, we have developed a secure web service that communicates with Husky API via SOAP protocol and ensures the transfer of data packages to Husky ERP and back. The portal development was done in two iterations: the first was dedicated to front-end logic and UI feeling, and the second was focused more on the back end and integrations.
