Challenge

An online education company with a global audience reached out to us with an ambitious goal: they wanted to impact as many lives as possible through their e-learning programs and digital products.

However, this company was already one of the leading players in their niche of personal development. How can we increase the sales of a company that was already a market leader?

Analysis

We realised we needed to strategise a more holistic campaign from awareness to sales. We created a 2-prong approach: (1) Growing awareness of its online courses and learning programs; and (2) Maximising the number of quality leads per day.

Solutions & Strategies

Utilizing state-of-the-art marketing technology and advanced targeting strategies across four channels: Google Search, Google Display, Google Remarketing, and YouTube. This allowed us to reach a massive new audience. By optimizing for key demographics, we optimised the quality of the leads gained.

Results

During the campaign period in 2019, we increased their leads by 169%. The strategic campaign resulted in accelerated sales for the company’s new and existing training programs and they achieved their ROI goals.
