The Challenge

The client had an outdated website design that lacked the UX, content, and taxonomy users expect from a global B2B site. The taxonomy was causing user confusion and pogo-sticking on the site, and lead generation was minimal due to insufficient call-to-action (CTA) integration throughout the pages.
