Andrew came to us with a plan to revolutionize the barbershop experience. In order to fulfill his and LiveChair team’s needs, we started from the ground up. We worked closely with Andrew and his team to understand the goals of their application requirements in greater detail. The initial step was to upgrade the app MVP’s already established codebase. CemtrexLabs was trusted with the position of CTO and engaging with the LiveChair team on a weekly basis to review codes and app architecture – this was to heighten communication between the two teams and ensure that decisive methods were chosen for optimal performance.

Once the LiveChair iOS, Android and web applications were deployed, we worked hand-in-hand with LiveChair to guarantee their satisfaction with the finished product. Because the app idea delved into new innovative territory, we worked through a number of database and application reconstructions and ensure that decisive performance and design for the application’s success.
