We are strategic bank partner for developing products from business process optimization to UI/UX design and technical development.

Story

Specializing in business and individuals financing, the bank needed a game-changing upgrade: serious improvements in their workflow and more innovative solutions that could generate more leads. And this is the part of the story we step in.

The Challenge

Getting a loan in Lithuania in some particular cases may cause you a headache. Why?

Sometimes you need to wait long. Very long. It doesn’t even matter if you are a business client or just a regular consumer – it may sometime take up to 30 days.

But it’s not everything.

Today we have become used to accessing any banking services online anytime, anywhere. But in this case – successful operations happened almost exclusively on-site, eye-to-eye with an employee of the bank.

Solutions

We developed two big improvements simultaneously.

Our analysts were working on these two projects:

  • Loan with real estate pledge and car leasing
  • New website and app

Loans – Faster Than Ever

From 1 up to 3 days – that was our aim. We wanted to shorten the loan and lease process as much as possible.

We started our project from the operations automation. Our targeted aim shrank greatly. We managed to achieve that a simple loaning process wouldn’t take more than half an hour. All that’s left for the client – is to sign a contract in their preferred way.

The channels for the user:

  • Website;
  • Bank branch;
  • Partners.

Obviously, not every process is simple. For instance, when the bank needs verification of the client’s property – especially when the real estate brokers or bank employees have to jump-in and verify some particular part of the process.

Now the system with an easy-to-use interface automatically reacts and requires an employee to take part in the process if there is a need. But all the rest – smooth and automated.

 Functionalities

  • New sales channels and banking service environments;
  • Easy-to-use ordering environment for the customer;
  • Fluent and full integration with the internal bank system;
  • Convenient electronic signature solution;
  • Fast verification of the client data gathered from large amount of third parties; and
  • Intelligent system automatically organizing and delegating the tasks throughout the whole process.

Everything Just a Few Clicks Away

Every bank has loads of information to tell. This is why the most problematic issue on “Medicinos bankas” website was the ease-of-use of the information.

The overload of documents, difficult texts, and chaotic segmentation led to unwanted results: the clients couldn’t understand the main products and services or the procedures on how to obtain them.

The structure needed serious improvements and that was the main task for our UI/UX designers. We wanted to make everything easy to understand and accessed within a few clicks.

Functionalities

  • Online currency exchange order and delivery;
  • Financial calculators for the services;
  • A platform for the job listings;
  • A tool to create new landing pages for every new financial product;
  • Ability to use fully integrated loan tool;
  • Personal accounts that allow users to follow their orders, payments, and services.
