Mobile Application for Marketing Survey for General Insurance Company

About the Project

The client is a joint venture between India’s premier institution and the international primary insurance company from Europe providing general insurance solutions.

This application allows Insurance Company agents and employees to make field surveys for different marketing activities i.e. TV ad spots, radio spots, bulk SMS, short films/documentaries, press release, newspaper ads, etc. To make the survey for the mentioned activities this application is so specific that it auto-populates the sub-activities such as bank workshops, block-level workshops, medical check-ups, bank meetings, exhibitions, etc. hence this application was developed for internal use of the organization only. This way the client made the survey procedure a bit easier and hassle-free through this application.

Features

• Reports for each survey is always a prerequisite for any organization. For all the surveys a separate report with customization options are available with this system.
• Capture images from the device Camera and attach to survey
• Real-time synchronization between application and database through upload survey-related data to server.
• Auto-detection of the field according to the selection of the survey i.e. medical check-up, bank meetings, exhibitions, etc. and synchronize it with the server.
• Multiple files selection from device storage to attach with survey data
• Offline data management when there is no internet connection available and automatically uploads the captured data to the server once the internet connection gets established.
• This helps to extract the interest of the market and presents the demand where this type of service is required more often.
