Product Strategy, UX, and design for customer-friendly mobile lending application
The client is a national leader in payday loans and wanted to build a mobile app that would encourage more online transactions. They enlisted Digital Authority’s help to build a high performing iOS app that would also be accepted into Apple’s App Store.
DAP worked closely with the client to outline a comprehensive digital strategy, defining the objectives and features which needed to be prioritized for the first iteration of the app.
From there, we created detailed product requirements that would deliver the most value for our client’s customer base. We then created a modern, intuitive application design and wrote copy for the entire app experience.
Our modernized approach to financial services transactions impressed the client, and customers have given the app a 4+ rating on Apple’s App Store. Simplified, stylized designs and clear copy enabled a more intuitive user experience, and the client has enlisted DAP’s help to continue improvements to the app.
