About the Project
The brand, Perry Ellis Chile was tagged on Facebook, raising an alert at the agency, which was later on communicated to the client.
It was decided to make a contingency plan where the brand supported the seller, based on sending a message to the society and to the company’s employees.
The message was to give the seller a hug and make a video with hidden cameras to surprise her and publish that video as a response of the brand to its community.
