It also maintains customers and loyalty programs. Problem Restaurants are in need to adopt digital technologies. This is mainly required to keep customers loyal. It is also required to bring in Digital Menus which enables customers to order more. Requirement To build an Android and Cloud-based POS system that enables restaurants to manage their digital Menus and take orders directly on tablets. The POS system should also maintain customers and loyalty programs. It should also be able to take payments in the form of Cash, Bank Card or Credit Card. Approach We started with defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to test early critical assumptions. We build an Android and PHP based MVP with great user experience. After the launch, INFINIA Restaurant acquired pilot customers and took early feedback. We are now further adding Reservations and Wait-list modules.
