A new version of the store was released with user’s account and card management as part of the loyalty program.
About the Project
“Tavria V” is one of the leaders in the South of Ukraine in the segment of sales of food and household goods. The company already had a working online store. In order to increase sales conversion and create an adaptive version of the site, as well as integrate the loyalty program into the user’s personal account, they had to redesign the online store.
At the very beginning of cooperation, the project team dived into studying of input data. In particular, analytics of users’ behavior on the old site was requested, key problems of usability, places of loss of visitors were revealed. Experts from client’s team suggested custom scripts. Priorities were also determined for the main page and as a result of the drawing, the prototypes of key screens were completed.
The structure of product categories was developed out in details. There is always a quick access to it by hovering on the heading “Product Catalog”. For each category of goods, graphic designer prepared a unique icon. The dry text of the contact information page is transformed into a separate illustration — a city with a supermarket Tavria V.
Mostly we paid attention to the development of personal account interfaces. The new version of the store was released with user accounts, in addition to the usual data in order history, new sections have been added — card management as part of the loyalty program “Clever bonus” from “Tavria B”. Considering the significant expansion of the functionality of the store and the fragmentation of sections, the team paid special attention to the simplicity of user scenarios while working with the personal account.
