About the Project The company we were working with had no direct channel of communication with potential customers who were traveling for short periods of time. Also, the company faced hurdles in trying to promote its services and attract more customers. All of these factors led to a 12% decrease in revenue growth each month. Our challenge was to develop a short-term rental platform that could help users rent and book properties quickly and safely. This new platform was intended to speed up both the searching and the booking processes. Our team developed an app that was aimed at simplifying the searching and booking processes for those who struggled with finding short-term rentals. This goal was achieved through the development of advanced app functionalities such as 3D viewing, super-intuitive maps, chatbot technologies, and so on. Through competitive analysis, we determined the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors in the real estate market and then came up with the best digital solution. Key Features Multiple ways of logging in quickly: login is quickly done through social media accounts, Google or phone number authorization and verification. Advanced listing page: the sections like location, price, and other amenities simplify the creation and management of listings for users. Chatbot & voice technology: AI-based technology provides instant replies to most client’s queries about accommodation, location, price.
