Client The client is an Australian e-commerce company dealing in promotional products. Challenges The client was doing the entire sales pipeline process manually, causing huge losses in terms of revenue, efficiency and costing the overall profit of the company. They needed a CRM solution, which should not only help them streamline the entire sales process but also track the efficiency of the team. Solution We configured and customize the SuiteCRM and developed the custom modules required to fulfill the client requirements. We integrated the SuiteCRM with all enquiry forms and the chat system to receive the leads along with UTM data to analyse the source of leads. We have also integrated the CRM with GTM and Google Analytics.
