Challenge Toscom is a premium apartment developer who had problems with reaching out to potential buyers. Their image was lacking in consistency and their online operations were poorly optimized for getting valuable leads. Solution In cooperation with the company’s graphics department, we created a brand new website. Its strongest asset is a proprietary apartment search engine, which uses various search systems (including 3D apartment search). Thanks to it, the user reaches the apartment in a few clicks. We also used tools that optimize the conversion path for contact and implemented A/B tests to improve conversions.
