We were commissioned to relook at the brand for Total Wine & More

The Idea

Many customers were not aware that Total Wine & More stores have team members who go through extensive wine training, tastings and seminars. Some even become certified professionals.

LO:LA was entrusted to help convey this through a story that better defined their brand and also resonated more with a younger audience and with those who may be intimidated by the world of wine.

Through collaborative work sessions with corporate leadership and store managers, LO:LA helped unlock the true magic of the brand in a way that set it apart from competitors, felt more relatable and invited customers on a journey to find something amazing through the theme of “Sharing Possibilities”.
