Overview

Transilvania Healing Centre approached us in a moment of crisis. The preconceptions existing in Romania regarding bioelectromagnetic medicine, as well as internal management issues, drove THC to the verge of bankruptcy.

Challenge

With low credibility and a small number of internal staff, THC came to Webtopocket with a clear goal in mind – business development and gaining new clients.

Our Approach

The main goal was to change the perception of the target audience, educate them about integrated medicine and create trust in the services provided. Another important objective was to improve internal communications, as well as community management.

Solutions

Building trust was essential to raising brand awareness and gaining new clients. As such, the first step was to create a website that would change the public’s perception of integrative medicine. We developed a website with the customer in mind, testing various content and layouts in order to determine the copy and design that generate the highest engagement. We also implemented our SEO services which increased the overall visibility of the website.

The second step was to connect with the target audience and educate them in the field of bioelectromagnetic medicine. Comprehensive marketing campaigns were developed, positioning THC as an expert, thus building trust. Strategic and closely monitored GoogleAds campaigns raised not only the number of visitors on the website but also the number of booked appointments.

In order to ensure the best experience for customers, which would eventually generate word-of-mouth marketing, our team analyzed the internal structure of the clinic to determine where there is room for improvement. We organized communication training for the staff which significantly improved the overall perception of the clinic. The training also comprised of online communication skills to ensure that community management has the same voice across all channels.

Results

The solutions implemented brought significant changes to Transilvania Healing Centre, with only a month in, generating six times more appointments and increasing their revenue by 454%.
