ebowUSA | the digital agency orchestrated a re-brand and created a digital presence for SIM that led to a $220 million acquisition!

ebowUSA was brought in at the onset of SIM International seeking a re-brand and a new digital presence.

SIM is an International Entertainment company with offices in the US and Canada. They offer services and expertise across all touchpoints from video capture to delivery.

We were entrusted to source a branding company and then take over and provide a digital strategy and posititon, as well as the full design and build of their website.

Shortly after the launch, SIM was pursued by Saban Capital in what resulted in a $220 million acquisition.
