As the CEO of Major Tom, balance for me means bringing strength and passion to the workplace while also creating a culture of comfort, vulnerability, and support within our work family. Our executive team is seven strong, made up of six women and one man. Every person that works at Major Tom is here due to merit, not gender. We believe in equality and a culture where our values of bringing a curious mind and leading with humble heart trumps all.
