About the Company

Based in the United States, the company is an online telemedicine platform that specializes in providing healthcare advice to those in emergency situations. Using this service, the patient will receive immediate and face-to-face advice from emergency medicine physicians via the app, to determine whether or not the patient should visit the Emergency Room in person or schedule a follow-up with a physician.

Goals and Objectives

Long term, the goal is to expand across the US and globally. Currently, the service covers the states of Maryland and Virginia. It would be advantageous if the agency already understands the local market and/or was involved in similar projects within the health care sector. 

There is scope for ongoing involvement as the service grows.

 

Scope of Work and Deliverables

The work must be completed as soon as possible. The brand’s main selection criteria will be based on an agency’s ability to convey ideas clearly with fast and responsive communication.

The project will be a collaboration between the brand’s two founders who are currently producing the marketing content and the chosen agency.
