About the Company

We are an engineering company focused on project management and outsourcing services in structural analysis, design, and drafting. For the majority of our clients, we are doing structural engineering, design, and detailing of reinforced concrete and precast concrete building structures.

We currently have three years of experience working in this industry, with more than 500,000 m2 of executed projects. Our services are half the price of local competitors in the markets in which we operate.

Goals and Objectives

The aim of this project is to help us promote our services to the German market, and assist us in the acquisition of new clients. Our current client base consists of factories located in Belgium and Holland, and a shift to the German market is natural due to similar market situations.

Previous Efforts

Thusfar, we haven’t worked with any digital agencies, but have decided to work with now one since we are growing wish to have an agency assist us with the planned expansion of our business, and entry to the German market.

 

Scope of Work and Deliverables

Project Scope

We would require assistance in the following fields:

  • Setting up a strategy to approach and present us to potential clients.
  • Setting up and executing a media buying strategy to assist with promoting our services, and helping us convert clients more easily.

Target Market

Our target market are factories located in Germany.

Agency Selection Criteria

We invite all agencies interested and capable of executing the project to submit their pitch through TDA. When preparing the pitch, please refer to these questions:

  • What is your process or methodology in regards to setting up such a strategy?
  • Have you worked with B2B companies in the engineering and construction space before?
  • Can we have samples of similar work to our requirements?
  • Do you have a German-native speaker in your team?

We would prefer to work with agencies that have already worked in this industry and on similar projects, and have connections with German factories.

Budget

The budget is not set, hence we are open to agency estimations and offers.
