About the Company

Our product is a fast and easy app solution for giving and receiving employees’ feedback in real-time. The solution consists of a mobile app and a web app admin interface. It is created to be used by employees, management, and HR.

The application allows employees to give instant feedback to other employees and measure their competencies. We believe it is a proper replacement for the 360° system of employee appraisal.

The product allows HR to make better decisions concerning the accurate evaluation and development of employees’ competencies, give timely and precise career guidance, assess employee promotion options, and better identify the most successful employees and teams inside the organization.

The solution is owned by a leading South European consultancy firm.

Goals and Objectives

The primary goal of the project is to enhance awareness about the product on the market among companies with more than 250 employees.

The secondary goal of the project is to generate leads who are decision-makers in the field of human resources or potentials and have the need or want to use a product such as ours.

Scope of Work and Deliverables

The project includes the creation of a digital strategy and the execution of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, as well as the creation of a plan for product promotion inside the parent company.

The target market is companies with more than 250 employees with headquarters or offices. The main target group is professionals working in the human resources or potentials department directly in charge of the evaluation and promotion of employees’ satisfaction and engagement, as well as the advancement of the organization’s values, culture, and climate.

The client is open to discussion about the strategic channels that would be used for getting sales leads; however, based on the nature of the product and the total budget, we believe that social media and search engine advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising) would be an important part of the initial strategy.
