About the Company

We are a lifestyle brand founded at the end of 2017, selling the highest-quality and minimalistic, black-themed products for both men and women. Our products are made in Asia, designed in Paris, and sold worldwide.

Founder Background

The Founder grew up in a very entrepreneurial environment and have always been very much into both tech and design. When he was 13, he taught himself to code and web design. He loved it so much that he decided to start my own design agency and was instantly making pocket money from it. By the age of 22, he was working with over 100 clients worldwide designing their websites whilst studying business engineering at university. At the time, he had also founded a few companies in various industries and even starred on national TV for 6 weeks to promote a social movie recommendation app he created. Fast forward to 2017, he launched this brand via Instagram. They reached 100k followers within a month and a half of posting. They then started by selling premium accessories followed by leather goods and then moved on to adding clothing. Comparing the early days to today, the “pocket money” coming from the brand is now calculated in millions of US dollars.

Goals and Objectives

We would like to be able to market our products to the Korean market and need to work with a digital agency to be able to market in Korean and to use their expertise to advise us on the best ways to market there.

Previous Efforts

Until this point, we have used Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest for promotion on an international level. Our social channels are very strong in terms of customer base, but ads campaigns are essential to fully utilize their potential. As our business sells products worldwide, we are in the phase of rapid expansion to multiple markets, out of which one of the most prominent ones is South Korean.

Project Goals

With the agency, we would like to the following:

  1. Create a brand voice that suits the South Korean environment and our key target personas
  2. Build a digital strategy to expand our sales operations in South Korea
  3. Start a long-term relationship with an agency to continuously support us in our marketing endeavors
